The first generation of ROG Flow Z13 featured an Intel Core i9−13900H processor paired with an Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU. Now equipped with integrated Radeon 8060S graphics, Ryzen Max+ 395 aims to offer similar or better performance on its own.
In gaming benchmarks, the Ryzen Max+ 395 reportedly outperformed the RTX 4060 by delivering over 100 FPS in Forza Horizon 5 at 1080p at medium settings. On the processor side, its 16 Zen 5 cores outperform AMD’s current flagship laptop chips, beating the Ryzen 9 7945HX by thousands of points.
AMD is expected to officially announce this processor along with new graphics cards at CES 2025 in January.
