He did not reveal the details of the trial, recalling that the process took place behind closed doors. The court’s decision is expected to be appealed. RB.RU sent a request to Bakalchuk’s representative.

In early October, the businessman filed a lawsuit against Wildberry LLC, RVB LLC and the company’s CEO, Tatyana Kim. The amount of claims, according to the co-founder of Wildberries, amounted to more than 350 billion rubles.

Bakalchuk asked the court to invalidate the transactions that involved the transfer of assets from the market to the merged company. According to Bakalchuk, the business, including warehouses, trucks, Wildberries bank and trademarks, was illegally transferred to RVB LLC.

The businessman also demanded that the court annul the transaction of transferring the wildberries.ru domain to RVB. The cost of the domain, according to the businessman, is at least 3 million dollars.

Wildberries and Russ announced a merger in June to create a “modern, high-tech digital commerce platform.” As a result of the merger, the company RVB was created.

Bakalchuk, who founded Wildberries with Kim, accused Russ of “a raider’s takeover of the business” and tried to protest the deal. In July, Kim announced that she had filed for divorce from Bakalchuk.
