As part of the agreement, employees of the Ministry of Emergencies, together with campus laboratories, are exploring the possibilities of introducing innovative technologies into the system of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. One of the areas of work is the creation of a program containing artificial intelligence elements to search for people lost in the natural environment using unmanned aerial vehicles and “machine vision”. This will increase the accuracy and speed of real-time search.
It is also planned to develop a program that will automatically analyze large amounts of data to predict the spread of forest fires. The program will use “machine learning” to identify areas of the forest that are susceptible to dead trees, allowing for more accurate predictions of wildfire progression.
Another project is the creation of a safe evacuation simulator that will work like a navigator, offering various evacuation options in emergency situations.
