LEGO disappear forever from Russia

The Danish manufacturer of LEGO designers has announced a complete withdrawal from Russia. 70 employees have already been laid off.

The company also announced a break in relations with the Inventive Retail Group, which operates brand stores in the country.

We decide to cease commercial activities in Russia for an indefinite period. This includes the consumption of most of our Moscow team and our partnership with Inventive Retail Group.

In total, 81 brand stores operate in Russia. LEGO has been selected from the list of goods for separate import, they can be sold in stores, but only under a different name.
