According to insider information, the iPhone 16E will be equipped with a 6.1-inch OLED screen instead of the LCD screen used in the previous iPhone SE model. Thus, Apple will complete the transition to OLED displays on all its smartphones.
The new product will feature an updated design with a smaller cutout on the screen as well as the Action Button, a functional button first introduced in the iPhone 15 Pro series. But other premium features like the camera control button probably won’t be there.
The color range of the device will be limited to two classic options: black and white. In terms of performance, the iPhone 16E can be equipped with an A18 or A17 Pro chip and 8GB of RAM.
