According to the Sboy.rf service, there are problems with the operation of the Internet by operators MTS, MGTS, Rostelecom, T2, Megafon, Beeline and others. Users leave thousands of complaints; for example, more than 24 thousand users complained about the work of MTS at 13:00, more than 23 thousand complained about the work of MGTS.
According to the Downdetector platform, the highest dynamics of complaints in relation to the usual level are MTS, Rostelecom and Beeline. In addition, problems have been observed in the operation of Yandex, VK, Rutube and other services.

Complaints began to arrive at 12:00 Moscow time. Users report problems with the availability of services, opening websites and playing videos. At the same time, network failures account for an average of up to 5%.
