According to the plaintiff, the first incident occurred when he was three years old and his brother was twelve. The last alleged incident allegedly occurred when Sam Altman was an adult and he was still a child.
Sam Altman, along with other family members (mother Connie and brothers Max and Jack) released a statement denying the allegations.
In it, they described them as “absolutely wrong” and expressed concern for Anne’s mental health. The family also claims that they provided financial assistance to Ann and offered her medical support, which Ann refused.
Ann Altman had previously made similar accusations on her social media pages. He is seeking a jury trial and more than $75,000 in damages, according to the lawsuit.
