MTS is working on a payment outcome for contactless payment for purchases in partnership with MTS Bank, as well as with the National Payment Card System (NSPK).
The MTS Pay service offers a “targeted payment ecosystem”, including contactless payment (NFC-QR-code, Face ID), payment with a mobile phone balance and account replenishment. To use it, access rights are assigned to any operation, you will only need to register an MTS ID.
The service will be offered in Moscow and the Moscow region, and then in the regions. The system is currently being tested.
MTS acts as its own analogue of Apple Pay and Google Pay
The operator will present it in the fourth quarter of 2022
