Moscow design bureau “Filatov” Presented the flying car IF-9.
This is a hybrid of a car and a quadcopter. Engines with housings secured with screws during transportation are mounted on folding swivel beams in the corners of the body. The new product runs on electricity, but it is also possible on hydrogen.
The bureau plans to create a cabin that can be detached along with the parachute in case of an emergency. The cabin itself is designed for two people: a driver and a passenger. Trip data will be shown on the curved dashboard screen. The steering wheel is made in the form of an aircraft steering wheel.

In addition, it is planned to add a LiDAR-based autonomous control system.
In the near future, Filatov plans to conduct flight tests of a prototype on a scale of 1:5, and ground tests have already been completed. External investment will be required to complete the project. [Auto.ru]
