Messages about problems began to arrive at approximately 13:00 Moscow time. Users complained about problems loading the site, the application and logging into their personal account. “Incorrect order information in app, dispute page not loading,” one customer wrote.
The peak of complaints about the operation of AliExpress on Downdetector.su occurred at 1:30 PM Moscow time, at which time 154 users reported a failure. At the latest at 13:45 Moscow time, on “Sboi.RF” the number of messages about problems was 301.
Reports of problems came from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory, Sverdlovsk Region, Chelyabinsk Region, Moscow Region, Samara Region, Kostroma Region and other regions of Russia.
“AliExpress fixed the issues and fully restored the platform. All functions are fully available to users,” the market’s press service informed RB.RU.
