According to Jeroen Borst, the company’s co-founder and CEO, their goal is to help cities around the world create “sustainable and prosperous communities” using this technology. The funding will help Scenexus launch its platform that helps planners and engineers quickly analyze the “impact of urban development.”
The Scenexus platform creates digital models of cities, allowing users to simulate changes and see their impact on traffic, environment, safety and more.
Cities such as Amsterdam, San Diego and Singapore are already using this tool to solve housing and traffic problems.
