The Pavey LLC operator with an authorized capital of 21.2 million rubles appeared in February 2024 in Vladivostok, but was not included in the register of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation until January of this year.
The new payment system owns the domains payvi.ru, payvi.online and payvi.rf. The founder of the operator is Roman Virich, the general director is Yaroslav Nastachenko (data from SPARK).
A year earlier, the list of payment systems operating in Russia was supplemented by one2one, Omnipay and Multitransfer. In total, there are currently 61 participants in the registry of payment systems of the Central Bank.
