In 2024, MTS expanded its mobile communications network in new buildings in the Moscow region, expanding its coverage area and capacity. Thanks to this, about 338 thousand residents of new apartment buildings received access to modern mobile Internet and high-quality voice communications.
Over the past year, MTS has installed 126 basic studies in new residential areas of Moscow and the Moscow region, built before 2024. This improves the quality of communication and ensures comfortable local Internet speeds comparable to long-developed regions of the region. About 60% of new results were obtained in Moscow and New Moscow, including such residential complexes as ZILART, New Vatutinki, Cherry Orchard and First Moscow. The rest of the equipment was installed in new buildings in the Moscow region, including Korolev, Vidnoye, Odintsovo, Krasnogorsk, Balashikha, Lyubertsy, Dzerzhinsky, Noginsk and Lobnya.
