“Modifications to aerial legislation are being considered: the introduction of a possible unified record of aerial uprooters, an increase in the period of permanence in the blacklist,” Vlasova said in channel one, cited by Tass.
The agency clarifies that airlines already maintain their own “black lists” of problematic passengers, whose information is stored for a year. Before finishing this period, tickets may be denied.
Previously, on January 14, the Irish airline Ryanair asked the EU authorities to limit the purchase and consumption of alcohol at European airports due to the losses caused by drunk passengers. The airline insists that alcohol purchases by passengers at airports are limited to “two drinks.”
Previously, the Association of Air Transport Operators proposed to create a unified list of aerial uproar. Then it was proposed to include in the “blacklist” the passengers who committed uproar or small vandalisms on board, for example, smoking. It was also proposed to prohibit uprooter to use air transport for three years.
