Kommersant recalled that the Ministry of Labor in 2022 was introduced for microenterprisas with a state of no more than 15 people the order of Sout in the principle of self -production. The draft resolution of the Ministry of Labor is proposed to expand the list of activities in which microenterprisas and small businesses will be able to carry out a special job evaluation, from 12 to 86 positions.
The press service of the Kommersant Ministry said that the new version of the list includes activities “with the minimum level of injuries”, including administrative services, advertising, insurance, wholesale and retail trade, as well as the repair of the clothes.
The commercial representatives surveyed by the newspaper have positively appreciated the initiative of the Ministry of Labor. The head of the Russian Business Association, Alexander Kalinin, said that the realization of the special evaluation by external companies is “the next payment without taxi content and an additional load for many companies whose activities are not related to conditions of harmful work. “
