In 2024, almost 100 million fines were charged. At the moment, Roskomnadzor has managed to recover from foreign platforms only 30% of the total amount, said the representative of the RKN. According to him, many companies refuse to pay, and for recovery it is necessary to attract the federal sheriff service.

As part of the fight against violations, the regulator blocked or eliminated more than 705 thousand units of content in 2025, and since the beginning of the RKN activity, this indicator exceeded 3.85 million. ‘Violations on the violation of the legislation with the site and the cancellation of the content of the content in the search results.
