One of the key solutions was the virtual PBX, which simplified the administration of telephone calls. Thanks to the wide regional ropez-mole coverage that 1000 offices and units, from Kalinningrad to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the new decision allows us to guarantee an uninterrupted connection between customers and the company.

As part of the project, MTS Exolve expanded the telephone numbers bullet, including the 8-800 format numbers, allowing rope customers to contact the company from anywhere in Russia for free.
