Samsung also tests the 16 -layer HBM3E technology, but does not see “emergency demand for commercial use. Meanwhile, the development of HBM4, which is based on 1C Nano technology, continues.
The company plans to reduce the sales of DDR4 and LPDDR4’s old memory, focusing on new technologies.
