The US authorities have launched an investigation against Depseek: it is suspected that the developers of the Chinese neuronal network buy Nvidia chips without overlooking US restrictions. This was informed by Bloomberg informed sources.

According to them, the investigation is carried out by Employees of the White House and the FBI. They are trying to find out if Depseek could buy Nvidia chips, whose export was banned in China in early January, through intermediaries in Singapore.
In Deepseek and the White House did not respond to Bloomberg’s requests, and the FBI representative refused to comment. Nvidia was informed to the agency that insisted that its partners follow the laws. If Nvidia receives information on the opposite, they will act accordingly, emphasized there.
