At the same time, the number of establishments closed in the center of Moscow for the year also decreased by 21%, to 140 points, it follows from the data of the NF group. Podgorny believes that the restaurant business has become more stable after a series of crisis.
Earlier this week, the director of the NF Group Real Estate Agency, Irina Kozina, said the number of bars in the center of Moscow in 2024 increased by 8%, to 168 establishments. Pyatnitskaya Street, where there are now 15 bars, became a prominent place in the number of beverage establishments.
