Wildberries began offering assembly and installation services for bulky products

When ordering a chest of drawers, sinks, refrigerators, washing machines and other general and complex technical goods, buyers can hire additional services for their assembly, installation and connection.

Additional service offers are displayed on product cards in the recommendations section of the online platform.

The service is currently available on the Wildberries customer site, with subsequent offers appearing on mobile apps on Android and iOS.

The minimum cost of the master’s services will be 1.5 thousand rubles for assembling the desk and up to 9 thousand rubles for more complex work – installing and connecting a shower cabin. In addition, buyers can order the assembly of cabinets and upholstered furniture, the connection of plumbing, electrical, household appliances and climatic equipment – more than 80 offers.

The service is available to residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Kazan – about 40 settlements in total. In the future, the market plans to expand the geography of the service.

In November, Wildberries launched a removal and disposal service for unwanted appliances, upholstered furniture, carpets, plumbing, doors and kitchen sets.
