The FAS specified that they sent warnings to companies, according to which the participation of singers in shares, including automatic, is possible only if confirmed by the seller. “In the case of lack of compliance with warnings within the prescribed period, the service will initiate cases of violation of antitrust legislation,” the report said.

According to him, Wildberries and Ozon previously included assets in the sale and established discount sizes without the previous consent of the vendors. This practice can assume significant risks for entrepreneurs, since they lose the right to administer their own goods, the FAS said.

Representatives of Wildberries and Ozon told Ria Novosti that companies would carefully relate to the regulator requirement. “Wildberries will carefully study the warning as soon as it is,” said the company’s press service. Ozon said they are constantly “cooperating with the department and continue a dialogue to solve controversial problems.”

At the end of January, the FAS revealed a sign of headphones vendors in the markets. Its participants simultaneously increased products prices and fought together with competitors, the service said.
