Blogger Ivan Morozov’s lawyer, during the meeting, insisted that Blinovskaya’s property should be sufficient to cover all the claims of the creditors, but the court did not take this into account and decided in bankruptcy.

In turn, the representative of the Federal Tax Service (Federal Fiscal Service) indicated that the blogger is under arrest and does not have a source of income, so he will not be able to pay the debt without bankruptcy.

Initially, Blinovskaya herself filed a bankruptcy request, but then changed her mind and decided to pay debts at the expense of the arrested property, recalled Ria Novosti. The court rejected the blogger at his request, the decision was appealed, but as a result, the ninth Court of Appeals recognized him legal.

From the moment of Blinovskaya’s recognition in bankruptcy in November, a request for the inclusion of blogger lenders submitted to the Federal Tax Service Registry (for a value of approximately 1.2 billion rubles), VTB (approximately 270 million rubles) and Sberbank (21 million rubles).

In early January, Blinovskaya declared himself completely guilty of fiscal failure for an amount of 918 million rubles, the legalization of the funds and the illegal turnover of the payments.
