25% of Russians face delays when requesting food from restaurants through delivery services. This is established in the study of the Digital Experience Center of the Roskachastvo and Lady Mail project, in which more than 2,000 adult residents of the country participated (there are available to Tass).

In addition, customers of services complained that food is often delivered in a cooled or printing manner: 21% and 12.7% of respondents, respectively, indicated it. Each Russian tenth noticed problems with an inadequate assembly of orders.
Most of the time, services compensate for bonds or promotional codes, said 37% of study participants. However, almost a third of companies ignore consumer appeals. In 15% of cases, customers returned money, and in 12%, in addition to money, consumers were offered promotional codes.
In addition, the digital experience center verified 14 food delivery services finished according to 135 criteria and assigned the best between them. The qualification also included Yandex Food, between Wing, Cooper, “Much Salmon” and “Yakitoria”.
On February 4, Adindex, citing a study by Nielsen, said that sales of dishes ended in Russia increased by 2024 and amounted to 28.8% in annual terms. Pasta sales (62.1%), plant dishes with meat or fish (50.9%), as well as soups and broths (43.3%) increased the most relatively similar period of 2023.
