The greatest increase was recorded in vacancies for preparations, in January they began to offer a salary 77% more than a year earlier. Applicants of this position can have an average salary of 80.24 thousand rubles per month when they work in a fixed schedule.

In second place in the growth of salary offers was the profession of a mangalmist: employers began to indicate in the advertisements of the amount 75% higher than in January 2024. For the new employees, the average salary amounted to approximately 51.36 thousand rubles.

In the chef’s position, the average level of salary offers increased by 71%, reaching 108,892 rubles per month with a fixed schedule. This has become the highest performance in the field of restoration.

According to Rostat, the proportion of Russians with a monthly income of more than 100,000 rubles amounted to a record of 11.4% in 2023. A year earlier, only 8.3% of the Russians had a income of 100,000 rubles.

One of the best paid professions in Russia in 2024, according to the HH.ru and PEC studio, became emails. Its medium salary in January-November grew 15%, 115 thousand rubles per month, exceeding the salaries of even some IT specialists.
