Pessis collaborated with Rotenberg in the project to create sports cars. The Spyker brand has been known since the end of the 19th century, but the original company declared bankruptcy in 1926. In 1990, businessman Viktor Müller bought the right to the brand, who revived the production of cars, but in 2011 the company returned at bankruptcy and in 2015 he announced the restructuring.
In 2020, the Dutch Spyker planned to resume the production of sports cars, pessis and Rotenberg acted as investors. Then, Pissis headed the Milan Morady Design and Marketing Company, and Rotenberg founded the SMP Racing Motorsport program and the production of BR Engineering racing prototypes.
