Roskomnadzor will train employees with cyber development skills

According to the registration, the GRCHC opened the tender for the training of OSINT employees (open source intelligence, search and information analysis from open sources). The initial price of the lot is 597 thousand rubles. In terms of reference, it is stated that the 40 -hour course is designed for 11 employees.

After training, they must learn to use information sources, find and analyze data, as well as practical methods of cybernetic intelligence. Among the topics to study: the search for the name of a person, direction, automobile, nickname Darknet, as well as commercial and competitive intelligence (verification of physical and legal entities).

GRCHC employees will also be taught to elaborate a “person’s behavior portrait.” They will identify values ​​and beliefs, characteristics of thought and behaviors, will evaluate risks and reliability. The course also includes an analysis of interests, content and “other human activity products” on the Internet.

The authorities expand the functionality of Roskomnadzor and the Ministry of the Civil Academy of Sciences “taking into account the current realities,” said Igor Bederov, head of the T.HUNTER investigation department. According to him, now these departments are dedicated to the “prevention, misinformation and information security identification”, therefore, studying an OSINT method is very relevant.

It means that Roskomnadzor will form a specialized unit of analysts with such skills.
