“Despite all the advantages of using AI at work, Ceteris Paribus, half of the respondents prefer to hire a more experienced employee without work skills,” says the study.
Another 18% of respondents said they were ready to hire a less experienced employee with artificial intelligence skills. A third of respondents said the decision would depend on the “details of the requirements for the position.”
Despite the deficiencies, 40% of organizations plan to introduce new technologies in the near future, and more than a third of respondents are already actively used to solve work problems continuously. Almost half of the respondents plan to use AI to train employees, process and structure data, improve customer service, create content and automation of commercial processes.

21% of the human resources specialists surveyed indicated that they often resort to the help of AI when hiring employees, and 40% of respondents sometimes. AI trusts the analysis of data on the candidate (52%) and the evaluation of personal data (22%). In addition, 42% use chat bots for primary communication with the candidate and automates the selection of curriculums with AI (36%). In addition, 38% of human resources specialists suggest proof tasks for the knowledge of AI for certain positions.
