During the study, scientists examined 200,000 days of continuous heart rate monitoring data. Traditionally, such records are analyzed by specially trained technical experts, but researchers have checked whether their work can replace Deeprhythmai AI-Algoritis developed by Medicorgoritmics.

In order to evaluate the quality of the analysis, more than 5,000 arrhythmia horses were selected from all over the world with detailed cardiologists. As a result, while AI missed critical rhythm disorders in 0.3% of patients, experts missed them in 4.4% of cases.

One of the main objectives of the study was to learn whether AI’s analysis should be changed directly with technical experts by directing the results of the analysis to doctors. This can significantly accelerate diagnosis and solve the problem of lack of personnel in the field of cardiology, because the lack of medical personnel is about 15 million people around the world.

However, researchers say that it is important to minimize mistakes in order to successfully implement such technologies.
