Yandex expanded the internship program by adding a business. This was informed to RB.RU in the press service of the IT company. During the year, Yandex plans to hire 2.8 thousand interns, 20% more than in 2024.

“In 2025, not only” technicians “can become internships, a direction of new companies that cover humanitarian and economic specialties,” said the company.

The set of first participants will begin in March, students of non -lactic specialties will be able to obtain internships in the areas of finance, marketing and public relations, products and project management, human resources, acquisitions and jurisprudence. During the year, the number of such interns will increase to 500.

The technical specialties will have 80% of the vacancies for interns. The main instructions will remain the same: Front-End, backup development, automatic learning, analysis and mobile development.

The internships will take place at the Yandex offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Minsk, Voronezh, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk and other cities. It can also pass in some areas remotely.

The internship lasts for three to six months, can be combined with the study. Interior people receive a prohibition and resolve real commercial tasks, from the development of technologies II for the development of industrial robots and autonomous transport. Each of them has a mentor.

In 2024, 54% of the interns moved to the State and continued working in the company. According to Marina Maksimova, the head of the Youth Directorate in Yandex, is now almost a third of the company’s developers: former interns.
