The Soviet District Court of Rostov-on-Don found the ex SSO-CHEF company for the delivery of healthy nutrition of good food Bakhtiyar Attakov in the case of mass poisoning, reports TASS with reference to the United Press Service of the Courts of the courts of the region.

The Court ruled that the attacks were preparing good food products with violation of health and epidemiological requirements, which caused acute intestinal infection among consumers. Laboratory studies showed that the infection was caused by Salmonella, more than 170 people were recognized as injuries.
The attacks were sentenced to the restriction of freedom for a year and 10 months. The former Su-Shef was also deprived of the right to work in a restoration for two years and 10 months
The court also partially satisfied the civil demands of the victims for the amount of 940 thousand rubles. The court verdict has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
In February 2023, a criminal case was inaugurated on the fact of the mass poisoning of the foods of the Sets for adequate nutrition. Rospotrebnadzor’s office in the Rostav region then verified good food in relation to the confirmation of several dozen people who used brand products, acute gastroenteritis.
