Chalinger admitted that it was his mistake because of carelessness and that he did not blame Tesla. He expressed his gratitude to the company for the passive safety of the car that allowed it to remain harmless.

The car owner also said that he did not hear other accidents using the FSD V13 software. In addition, Challinger said he was a fan of Tesla despite the accident.
