The court arrested the property of Elena Blinovskaya

At the request of Maria Oznobikhina, financial manager of Blinovskaya, the plot of the Earth was seized in the district of Istra, a building in the territory of Millennium Park in Runae and three stores in Moscow on Serpukhov Val street, one of which is Estimate at 15 million rubles.

The court prohibited the blogger and other people who act in their name, to get rid of arrested property. This means that they cannot sell, lease or use it in any way. In addition, the Transit Police have no right to register the arrested cars, and the Rosreestro cannot register, register the rights or make changes to the real estate data.

Blinovskaya was arrested in April 2023. According to the investigation, from 2019 to 2021, it dodged more than 900 million tax rubles using business crushing schemes. The blogger declared himself guilty.

During the judicial hearing, on February 13, the state prosecution requested Blinovskaya, accused of lack of tax payment and money laundering, six years in prison. In addition, prosecutors proposed to impose a fine of 1.5 million rubles in a blogger and convert assets that belong to their family to state income.
