Ilya Sachkova’s partner received 10% in the former main structure group-IB

The businessman received 10% in Adaptive Security Technologies LLC, previously owned by Valery Baulin, who left the participants in the company.

On February 17, the transaction was announced with the Saibus Foundation, in the process of a new company in the field of cybersecurity F6 (JSC Future), depending on the basis of technology and the experience of the FACCT for the shareholders of the new company, the Saiberus Foundation (47%) and private investors (53%). The-IB group was founded in 2003 by Ilya Sachkov and Dmitry Volkov. The company developed products to detect and prevent cyber attacks, identify fraud, study high -tech crimes and protect intellectual property on the network.
