The State Economic Policy Committee of the DUMA has prepared a bill that proposes to publish a warning about the dangers of excessive use in energy drinks. Tass announced this with reference to the head of the Maxim Topilin committee.

The duration of the warning in the announcement on the radio must be three seconds, on the television, cinema and video rod, at least five seconds, is derived from the document. The warning must be assigned at least 7% of the framework area or 7% of the advertising area (space).
Topilin explained that the bill was developed on behalf of the state president of the Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, and was already aimed at becoming familiar with him. The document will be entered in the State’s Duma in the near future. In case of adoption, the law will enter into force on September 1.
- On February 3, the deputies of the Russia Fencion for Truth Fair presented a bill to the State Duma on the prohibition of advertising of non -alcoholic beer. Their authors believe that beer production companies use advertising of such drinks to promote their alcoholic beverages. “It is necessary to exclude advertising, which is actually a poorly hidden propaganda from alcohol consumption,” said Fiesta Sergey Mironov.
