A digital calendar is great, but many people have a paper calendar in the kitchen or toilet to remember their birthdays. If you want to make your own physical birthday calendar, use a Word template and add your own photos.

to go past File dirty new and type the keyword in the search box calendar† Microsoft has loads of Word templates for calendars. our eyes fell upon you photo calendar† It has a monthly magazine and you can add beautiful family photos. The first time you open this template file, you will see a warning that macros are disabled.
press button Activate the content† Then a popup will appear where you can select a month and year for the first page. You can also invoke this popup via tab yourself. Calendar / Select new dates or you press Shift+Alt+Enter† Word always adjusts dates, weekdays, and weekends to the selected month.
Theme and colors
on the tab Agenda did you find the buttons Themes and Colors† First, look for themes that are combinations of certain fonts and color schemes. You’ll get the best results if you choose the same theme for the entire calendar.
You can use the button Colors Choose an appropriate color for each month within the same theme. For example, you tend towards warm colors in summer and then autumn colors.
To fill
This photo calendar already contains a photo by default, but only if you click on the photo box and Text wrapping chooses. You will see that the option is selected in the text line. Change this to one of the other six options, for example for textso the photo will appear.
Of course you want to use your own photos for the calendar. So right click on the image and select Replace image / From a file and then select a photo from your hard drive. Then type the names of the birthdays in the correct date boxes.
Finally, save this month as a Word or PDF file. If you have entered all twelve months this way, you can print them and link them together.
