The Jetlend Crowdlanding platform planned an OPI at SPB Exchange in March

Therefore, Jetlend can become the first public company among the Russian representatives of the Kraudlanding industry, ”said the company.

Most OPIs are expected to be prepared by shares issued as part of the additional doping of Jetlend. The money borrowed will aim to climb business, increase the user base, develop functionality, develop new products and access to new market segments.

Jetlend said that according to the results of the initial placement of the participation of the company’s actions in free circulation (Free Float), taking into account the additional issuance of the shares and the documents proposal, there may be more than 10% .

Founding shareholders and minority shareholders assumed obligations related to the restriction of the alienation of actions within 180 days after the end of the OPI. It will be available for qualified and unqualified investors who have approved the evidence, as well as institutional investors.

• Jetlend first announced the intention to make an OPI in December 2023. In December 2024, the Crowdland platform decided to transfer the initial placement in early 2025 “for technical reasons.” During the OPI, the company can attract one billion rubles.
• The platform was founded in 2018 by immigrants from Sberrix, Roman Khoroshev, Evgeny Ulkov and Mikhail Nilkulsev. According to RusProfile, in 2023 Jetland LLC’s revenues increased to 595 million rubles against 163 million rubles in 2022. According to the results of the previous year, the company’s net benefit amounted to 23 million rubles.
