Since 2019, AWS has been dealing with quantum calculations and offers bracket cloud service in collaboration with industrial leaders such as Quera and Rigetti. Quantum computers use cubes instead of ordinary computer lice that allow them to solve complex problems much faster than traditional computers. This technology can be useful in areas such as drugs, cyber security and discovery of artificial intelligence.
One of the biggest problems in quantum calculations is to reduce the number of errors. Developed with the Institute of California Technology, Ocelot is designed to solve this problem. The errors are equipped with two folded silicone microchips, which reduce the cost of correction by 90%.
