According to a new leak, the company develops its own Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chip that will appear on Apple TV and HomePod Mini models at the end of this year. This chip can perhaps convert devices into a wireless Wi-Fi access point that opens the ability to use devices as airport routers.
In addition, Apple is assumed to be planning to publish a camera with a new center for a smart home and a camera that can create a home security system with future Apple TV and HomePod models.
According to the material, this can be a new way to expand Apple’s presence in the smart home market. However, it is not yet clear whether Apple has noticed these ideas.
