The first processors of Ryzen 5 7400F and 8400F are known for high temperatures. This is because the soldering manufacturer under the processor cover replaces the usual thermal oil. Scapping is a way to solve the problem. So thermal paste is replaced with liquid metal.

The Test Stand included Kotetsu 2 SCKTT-2000 cooler, Prime B650M-K mat. In temperature games, it did not exceed 80 degrees both before scaling. The same thing happened when distributing processors through the PBO.

Everything is different in working tasks. The scaling helped to reduce the temperature by 13 degrees in stock. When using PBO, the difference was 3-4%.

Later, the mansion took a good cooling system liquid freezer 3 360 A-RGB black and learned whether it was possible to distribute 7400F to at least 7500F in Pbo mode. It turned out to be real.

You can know all the following measurements.

Often, 7400F and 8400F are used as game processors, but in this case their temperatures are not critical and there is no meaning in scalping. However, if you plan not to play, but also to work, then scalping is a very simple way to reduce temperatures in both stock and manual accelerations. The processor can be brought to 7500F or higher.
