The operator’s subscriber base Sbermobail reached 3.5 million users. Before that there was a serious transformation phase that began in October 2023. For a year and a half, the company has made a complete restructuring and increased the staff by increasing more than twice and updating the telecom infrastructure.
From January 2024 to May 2025, sales increased by 18 floors and the average income for the user increased by 37%. The NPV indicator has increased 30 times. In terms of customer satisfaction (NP), the operator took the first among MVNO, the latter among all market participants and lost only T2.
Sbermobail actively improves the full MVNO model by introducing its own communication elements, including switching and security systems. The regions use the “operator – a zone” scheme that helps to provide a stable connection throughout the country, including Crimea, Sevastopol and new regions.
One of the priorities was the work in the B2B and AIOT segment. Throughout the year, approximately 40 -box solutions have been developed, including digital couples for production. A hybrid SIM card with a function of telematics and RMS robot controls is also available. Most B2B segment services are used in the Sberbank ecosystem.
In addition, the operator plans to launch new tariffs for various masses from young people to retirees.
