MTS will hire more than 5,000 IT specialists by the end of 2022, the company said. More than 3 billion rubles have been allocated to increase the payroll fund, train and “create a comfortable environment.”
IT specialists are attracted to the staff of MTS Digital. The company is looking for Java developers, .net, JS, Python, Golang, mobile development specialists. DevOps engineers, analysts, data scientists, and team leaders are also in demand.
Vacancies open in departments that develop digital services based on Big Data, AI, cloud infrastructure and others.
By strengthening the development team, MTS hopes to rapidly develop ecosystem products (KION, MTS Marketer, MTS Cloud) and launch new technology product areas.
The investments will also be used to expand the social package for employees. Compensation for fitness, gym, corporate psychologist, masseur, medical insurance and educational tracks was supplemented by the purchase of food, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
