The main difference between the device and previous models is the ability to reproduce natural fluctuations in the rhythm of the real heart without using ordinary random numbers. To do this, the researchers added an element of chaotic dynamics to the model, which made it possible to obtain a more reliable imitation.
The existing models used today randomly introduce according to a certain algorithm that reduces the realism of the signal. This limits its use in tasks such as noise filtering or teaching nervous networks based on ECG.
The tests showed that the artificial ECG, which was obtained using new technology, is close to the real records of the human heart in the parameters.
