According to Smart Bild’s chief designer Ilya Medvedev, the construction will begin in the summer of 2026. In the first stage, two 3D printers, including and can be connected in the future. Each printer will be served by a team of three or four people.

Complex will include more than 15 residential buildings, a global restaurant, SPA and multifunction building for 200 -person events. Sports and playgrounds are also offered along the set of the Biya River.

The use of 3D printing will reduce construction time and costs by approximately 30%. Technology not only accelerates the process, but also reduces labor costs.
