The State Duma accepted changes aimed at tightening the responsibility of the transfer of phone numbers in the Administrative Crimes Law of the Russian Federation. You cannot transfer the phone number to another person or you cannot access mobile communication services that skip the contract resulting in the operator.
13.29.1 of the Law on Administrative Crimes. According to the amendments recommended to be made in the article, individuals shall be fined 30,000 to 50,000 rubles. Individual entrepreneurs – 50,000 to 100,000 rubles, legal assets – 100,000 to 200,000 rubles.
An exception may be transferred to a number for free or for personal purposes that do not contradict the law.
