Here are a few food additives affecting the chair.

Magnesium. It acts as a laxative task and can increase and soften the stool frequency. Magnesium at higher doses leads to diarrhea. Avoid getting high doses of magnesium and magnesium oxide.

Iron. Iron Bades can cause constipation, slowing down food from the intestines, making the chair more robust. This was warned by Rita Nahar, a medical science doctor, a certified gastroenterologist. With constipation, try to switch to a softer additive form with iron – for example for iron bislisinate.

Calcium. This mineral muscle contraction, transmits nerve signals and plays an important role in blood clotting. However, it slows down the intestinal mobility that may cause constipation.

Probiotic. Some people can be more sensitive to others than others. For example, probiotics can cause liquid stool or bloating.

Fiber. Excessive consumption of fiber additives can make the chair more dry and robust.
