Can AI really create new ones?
This question continues to be philosophical. For example, if the algorithm offers a new drug, is this a real discovery or a combination of already known data? According to Nikulin, modern language models cannot improvise yet.
One of the rare examples of AI’s real work is at the Alphago party against Lee Sedol. The algorithm then applied a non -standard strategy that changed the presentation of professionals about the game. However, Alphago has used reinforcement training rarely used in language models.
How will AI victory affect education and competition?
Openai has joined a separate online clock so far, but in the future, such achievements can bring the following question: How fair is to compare people and algorithms? Nikulin believes that there is no serious negative result for the Olympics, but in other fields, for example, problems arise when hiring.
