Hawley, President of the Crime and Conduct Senate, wants to learn whether technology is damaging and caused by children and that Meta* does not mislead the public and organizers about security measures.
The documents displayed by Reuters included Genai: Content Risk Standards, which shows Chatbots “allowed romantic conversations with children, including 8 -year -olds.”
Meta* Representative told Techcrunch that such issues did not correspond to the company’s policy and already deleted. Hawley says that such rules are unacceptable and require explanations: who approved them, how long they act, and what precautions are taken to prevent such cases.
The Senator requested the product lists of all documents that meet these standards, security reports and data related to people responsible for politics. Meta* should give information until 19 September.
*The Russian Federation belongs to meta, known as pro -extremes.
