The problem is produced by the metabolism of nutrients from red meat and other animal products and n-oxide trimethylamine (TMAO). This substance is associated with the aneurysm of the abdominal aorta.

When we eat too much carnitine or choline (red meat or egg species, some fish species, dairy products), the intestinal microbi breaks them as trimetlamine (TMA). It is converted to TMAO in the liver.

At the same time, during another study, scientists found that Allica reduced TMAO synthesis (and only within two weeks). And this substance is found in ordinary garlic. Therefore, if you like eggs, red meat and consume too much vitamin B4, add a few cloves to the diet.
