International space agencies, universities, companies, non -profit organizations and even private individuals can participate. Applications are accepted until 27 October. Volunteers will try to take a signal from the ship and monitor changes in radio waves.
NASA already has its own communication systems – close to the deep space network and the space network network that will control the start, flight and return. However, the agency wants to attract external organizations to understand which monitoring possibilities are outside the state institutions.
